We aim to create an environment where our people can mature and develop to their full potential.
We believe that training and development are the foundation of successful careers and successful businesses. Various developmental programs are also run by Dalmia for its employee's so that they can chart a growth pattern for themselves and explore their own talents. The diverse offerings include programs for entry-level engineers, experienced managers and specialized technology.

We are also striving to provide the best learning environment to our employees. We have conducted assessment centers for all our employees from middle management upwards. Basis of which we have carved out career and development plans for each and every individuals to take them forward in life and work. We have tied up with Indian institutes such as IIM A and international institutes such as CCL, IMD etc to provide the best learning opportunities to our employees and upgrade their skills and knowledge. We run an intensive coaching program to build on the strengths of our employees and prepare them for step challenges. Each year business transformational projects are identified which are then led by identified hi pots of the organization. These projects involve a team of cross functional section of employees. This provides them enriched experience and a platform for interacting with the senior leadership and developing them for future rolls.  Processes such as these have enabled the company to groom their talent pipeline and we have examples of employees who started as Gradate Engineer Trainees to Executive Director Level or who moved from a being a functional expert to a General Management role.

Life at Dalmia for our employees is all about learning, growing, and collaborating to achieve excellence in everything that we do. There's so much to explore here - even about yourself - that every day is a new day. We want to fulfill our employees potential and aspiration. A company's employees are its biggest assets. We ensure that our employees have the platform and the provision to excel in what they do. At the same time we provide avenues for fun and enjoyment. Each festival is celebrated with joy and vigor. Involving employee families and children are they way we bond here. Painting competitions are held for employee’s children. These paintings are converted into calendars and greeting cards used by the organization.  Annual Family Day is held with great excitement every year. Ladies club are run at all plants which organize small get together.
